Terms & Conditions

By registering for or using Stach, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent, and that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform.

Stach provides a cloud-based platform unifying projects, tasks, client management, billing, quotes, bookkeeping, contracting and payroll. Features available to you depend on your selected plan, as described on our Pricing page.

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the platform, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@stach.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to use Stach for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Full billing terms are set out in our Subscription Terms.

Stach and all associated software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Stach (Pty) Ltd. You retain full ownership of the business data you upload to the platform.

Stach is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stach (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stach after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
