We process personal information based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate business interests, in line with POPIA.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with vetted sub-processors (such as payment processors and cloud hosting providers) strictly to the extent necessary to provide the service, and only under data processing agreements.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations thereafter.

Under POPIA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to support@stach.co.za.
